Context

 

Our client is an important multinational company. In order to further strengthen the HR structure, we have in charge of the research of: HR Organization Analyst.
Location: Bologna

 

Role

The purpose of the role is to drive all the Organization Units through a never-ending change and improvement cycle, in order to develop and execute outstanding plans by using world-class tools and building corporate sustainable processes.

Specifically, the candidate, within the HR Office, will be in charge of:

·         Continuous improvement project (process breakdown analysis; process re-design; change management)

·        Headcount Workforce Reporting at corporate level (solution design; data gathering; data analysis; reconciliation with Finance Department; presentation to executives);

·       Management/development of HR Information Systems at corporate level (project management; troubleshooting; design/communication of training material; follow-up of colleagues from more than 28 countries)

·         Design and implementation of new HR policies;


Requirements

·         Management Engineering degree is preferred

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of data processing, preferably in an HR Field

·         Experienced in Lean Six Sigma Project Management Methodology

·         Well organized and confident to work independently, but will be a team player.

·         Able to collect and process time-sensitive information from multiple sources

·         Accurate with data keying

·         Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

·         Very comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications

·         Able to follow written processes

·         Flexible and responsive to changing business needs

·         Proficient Excel skills

·         Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

·         Proficient in SAP SuccessFactor Tool

·         Fluent in English
