Our Client is an international food ingredients producer and distributor

 

Role

Reporting into Top Management, the appointee will
 
  • Set and Implement Sales and Business Strategy nationally and internationally
  • Support the development of major Italian /international accounts
  • Manage and develop the commercial function
  • Ensure close collaboration between Sales and Operations
  • Contribute to decision-making on the basis of analysis and market knowledge
  • Carry out business reporting and interface with Management
  • Travel regularly at national and international level

Candidate Profile

  • University degree-holder
  • Very good English and Italian
  • Consolidated Sales and Business experience from within the food, food ingredients or chemical specialties sector
  • Experience in People Management and Development
  • Experience in Business Expansion
  • Experienced in business / competitor analysis, sales strategy development and implementation
  • Used to working at international level with clients and colleagues
  • Well-organized with good time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Willing to travel regularly
