Continuous Improvement Leader – FMCGs Industry - B21383

Context

Our Client is a prestigious multinational company leader in the FMCGs industy. Driven by commitment, customer care, courage towards innovation and a strong culture of collaboration, the company holds a leading  role in the market and can count on a structured network of operations in Italy. For one of its most strategic plants, based in Tuscany, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader
 

Role

The purpose of the role is to implement continuous improvement programs (with a specific focus on TPM Initiatives) within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People areas, maintaining and improving the integrity of production and an excellent quality of systems.
 

Main responsibilities:

 
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, waste and cost performance, including benchmarking with other teams and sites.
  • Be a role model for safety and reinforce safe behavior across the site. 
  • Analyze results deviations, understand the root cause and put counter measures in place to fix deviation permanently; ensuring quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Train operators to understand what they need to know to ensure continuous improvements, developing and maintaining best practice standards.
  • Participate in Teams’ activity to eliminate losses 
  • Develop standards: eg procedures, CIL’s, settings,
  • Develop training materials and execute trainings

Requirements

  • Technical or management university degree
  • Previous experience as Process Leader / Engineer (2/4 years) with a strong knowledge in manufacturing
  • Good knowledge in TPM especially in AM / PM / FI / E&T, practical experience will be considered a strong plus
  • Lean systems knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in english
