The Context

Our client is a big multinational company leader in Medical Device sector, with sales office and manufacturing plants in our country.

The Role

The ideal candidate has proven track record in digital transformation, in developing and implementing digital business / eBusiness models, building up and running digital M&S.

The candidate will report to Managing Director and she/he will responsible of:
  • Digital M&S: step by step develop approaches for digital Marketing (e.g. electronically generated qualified lead that can be handed over to the “traditional” field sales team) and digital sales solutions.
  • Applications & Tools: select, implement and ensure a harmonized use of digital M&S solutions (e.g., PowerBI, eTendering etc.).
  • Clinical IT: develop, realize and implement digital solutions complementing the product offer for and with our customers in close collaboration with the M&S colleagues; management of external software providers, responsible for the software development.
  • Innovation: to act as advocate with internal and external stakeholders for digital innovation and change management.

The Profile

• Scientific or economic Master degree.
• Ideally 5 years in the same position as Manager or Director, with trackrecord of projects/successful implemented   solutions in Retail, Food, FMCG, electronics or Life Science, preferred Medical device or pharma industries.
• Capability to create a vision, derive an implementation plan and to step by step achieve results.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• Software engineering/development background is a plus, but not necessary.
• Project Management skills.
• Change Management.
• Ability to convince, motivate, and lead people in direct reporting relations and project setups.
• Strong will to collaborate with peer managers.
• Fluent English and Italian is a prerequisite, all other European languages a plus.
