The Company

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company. For an Italian plant with several hundred resources, in phase of great growth and development, we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner – Rif H21719
Place of work: south of Rome
 

The role

The HR Business Partner, will support the project to create a new business line, with regard to all of its management activities.
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Define the hiring, talent attraction and employer branding strategies to recruit and hire the best candidates according to the specific competencies, knowledge, skills for the requested roles and task;
  • Contribute to prepare budget plans concerning personnel costs;
  • Partner with local leadership and HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans;
  • Partner with local authorities to ensure compliance with laws and requirements;
  • Reinforce Employer Branding, Talent Scouting and knowledge sharing partnering with universities, masters’ schools and training companies;
  • Prepare and manage a strategical Workforce Planning and coordinate the implementation of the processes and procedures;
  • Define competencies matrix to identify skills gaps;
  • Assess the plant’s population in order to identify skilled employees ready to support the new Business Line;
  • Define the training and development plans for the resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field;
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a HR department, in particular in Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction and Organizational Development, HR Management fields in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological companies;
  • Strong Project Management skills, experienced in a high volume and fast paced environment;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • Experience and ability to partner with different external and internal stakeholders, building engagement and strong relationships;
  • Flexibility, proactivity and team building skills;
  • Business acumen and strategic view.
