We have been entrusted with the search for:

Key Account Manager Automotive

Location: Padova
 

Il Ruolo

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the candidate will be responsible for the management of the main Automotive Key Customers at worldwide level. He/she will act as a point of reference for customers, supporting them in order to achieve sales goals (up-selling), both in terms of quantity and quality. The candidate will be also the main customer's partner, able to transfer information and requests to his technical officer.

Main activities:
 
  • He/she is responsible for the business portfolio of customers and prospects assigned;
  • He/she manages multi-Year contracts with customer, defining annual price negotiation, cost information provided to customer, capacity agreements and technical changes;
  • He/she promotes and supports sales to achieve the goals defined for all customers;
  • He/she manages the IATF requirements related to communication with an Automotive Customer;
  • He/she conducts commercial negotiations, leading the resolution of disputes with customers, enforcing commercial agreements, charging customers with all deviations from contracted agreements and implementing pricing policies;
  • He/she acts as a project manager with his customers, following all steps starting from the contract’s definition until the delivery of the products;
  • He/she actively assists with the preparation of annual sales budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans, defining the related action plan to assure the targets achievement;
  • He/she visits regularly his customers in order to maintain a strong and lasting relationship with them;
  • He/she participates in promotional activities, both at national and international level.

I Requisiti

  • Degree in Business/Engineering or technical/equivalent background
  • Fluent in English, the knowledge of a second languages will be considered a plus
  • At least 6/8 years previous experience in same or similar position, acquired in a multinational Company with a high technical product environment
  • Back ground in Automotive field will be considered a plus (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
  • Relations and negotiation skills at every company level and between various departments
  • Strong decision-making skills and goal – oriented approach
