Senior Account Manager - Digital Health - B22428

Our Client is Healthware Group, a global health innovation and technology leader providing transformational advisory and technology services for commercial, medical, and R&D operations of life-sciences and digital health companies, combined with design and development of digital medicines and digital therapeutics products.

Human Value is supporting one of the Account & Strategy Team based in Milan in identifying a brilliant Senior Account Manager who, reporting to an Account Director, will support international clients on their global or regional projects and will provide them with excellent service and care.
As a full service agency our account managers the Senior account manager will have to opportunity to work in an expansive variety of business areas including:
  • Brand launches
  • Patient support campaigns
  • Digital campaign roll-out
  • Market Access MCM
  • Business operations advisory
  • Sales support materials
  • Medical Communications and HCP support materials
  • Film, video and podcast creation
  • Digital Therapeutics
  • Market Research


The Senior Account Manager will have full and extended responsibility over the activities of the role and across the various phases of projects and client relationships.

Account Management:
  • Be the daily go-to-person and project lead
  • Work with clients to set and meet delivery expectations
  • Take responsibility for consistently monitoring active projects for clients, as well as being on the lookout for new opportunities
  • Demonstrate confidence and contribute thoughtfully to internal and external meetings
  • Help train, manage and mentor the team’s account executives

  • Gain clients’ confidence and build a 360° view of the account
  • Understand your clients’ objectives and priorities
  • Think strategically and use a creative lens to connect the dots and align tactics with the clients’ goals
  • Stay informed with pharmaceutical and digital news

Project Management
  • Track project budgets regularly and work with supervisor to manage scope
  • Anticipate next steps and ensure adherence to process
  • Partner with project managers and other colleagues to drive and support collaboration across the agency


  • Master Degree, ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role/same industry (brand launch experience is a plus)
  • Interest in Digital Health
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plus
  • Excellent level in English is a must
