HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Veneto



Reporting to the HR Corporate Director, the mission for this role is create value and deliver results in executing the HR practices for the assigned areas, ensuring coherence and alignment with organization and business model strategy, acting as partners and change agents alongside the relevant functions leaders. The candidate will focus mainly on the recruiting and selection activities at beginning, in order to build a strong talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • He/she ensures effective running of HC budgeting and HR management processes end to end; from the request’s needs, recruiting, onboarding people development and growth until resignation.
  • He/she manages the recruiting process for the assigned areas, in order to find and hire the best talents.
  • He/she analyzes recruiting needs in term of quantity and quality, evaluating the acquisition risk and identifying the positions to be covered in term of activities, autonomy, responsibility, work environment, and main features.
  • He/she implements the execution plans for the researches, adopting appropriate communication tools, depending on the business, type of position/role and requirements.
  • He/she deals with the selection process, carrying out pre-selection activities and interviews, providing psychological and specific tests/assessment.
  • He/she coordinates the internal/international mobility activities, in order to support people development and talent management objectives, ensuring their effectiveness with the business needs and strategies.
  • He/she ensures business continuity by implementing useful solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, enrichment, mobility etc.
  • He/she deals accurately and promptly with the function’s leaders and their team, working alongside them during the different phase of the employee life cycle.
  • He/she ensure, within the assigned area, the execution of performance management, training and development program released by the relevant center of expertise, and provides them promptly and accurate feedback and insight in order to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation and roll-out.
  • He/she ensures that the employee relationship management respects the relevant legal and labour contract requirements, development, compensation, benefit guidelines practices, in adherence with the company governances.
  • He/she participates in implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices across functions assigned maintaining a high level of services.


  • 7/8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience within dealing with Recruiting & Talent Acquisition processes, acquired in an international and multinational environment.
  • A back ground in Head Hunting Company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Talent Management Techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Project management techniques, methodologies, tools knowledge.
  • Data Analysis and performances metrics: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications.
  • Budget management and cost control knowledge.
