The role

• guide the continuous improvement activities as well as the Total Cost Efficiency initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of the site by connecting and collaborating across cross functional organization;
• support site activities and help middle management in the utilization of:
  • Tier System
  • Improvement System and Problem Solving Techniques
  • Leadership System.
• coach personnel in their Operational Excellence journey in particular Yellow Belt and Green Belt;
• be responsible to manage Continuous Improvement/PMO to assure the continuity of site continuous improvement;
• use business process innovation and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver together with the site function leaders:
  • maximum spending value
  • flawless business execution
  • external best practice benchmarking
  • process redesign
  • superior supplier selection
  • innovative supplier service
• facilitate cross-site, cross-functional interactions and provide support between sites and HQ functions as needed;
• translate strategies into a portfolio of projects/programs and increase the capacity to improve project performance (cost, schedule, quality);
• provide vital information for better decision-making regarding the projects/programs in the portfolio, their strategic fit, business alignment, relative risk, and capacity to execute;
• facilitate program coordination across various projects within business unit Project Manager and lead planning activities for program implementation;
• ensure all personnel under his/her supervision (collaborators, contractors) operate in accordance with the cGMP and EHS procedures;
• draw up the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supervise the implementation of training in compliance with current regulations, internal and corporate procedures and in compliance with security and safety in the workplace.
