Marketing & Communication Manager - Rif. H2289


The Marketing & Communication Manager, with his/her team, works to develop and structure the Marketing Strategy across international markets, according to the Brand Communication Strategy.
Moreover, the Marketing & Communication Manager ensures that the relationship created with the media and official organisations participates actively in the successful implementation of the Brand Strategy.

  • He/she develops and implements the Global Communication Plan for both, wine specialized Media and Lifestyle Press, directly or through specialized agencies in key countries. This includes the personal relationship with key wine journalists.
  • He/she develops the Global Social Media Plan with focus on main channels, by proposing the strategy and implementing the plans directly or thru dedicated agencies in key countries.
  • He/she manages the Marketing Plan (including the standards required for the brand activities) for both Italy and abroad (where we have a direct distribution).
  • He/she ensures focus on Brand activities by importers, by keeping them involved through Brand/wine education and marketing plan follow up.
  • He/she develops the highest level of quality packaging, brand material and event format.
  • Ensure that all PR activities are in line with the Brand’s Communication Strategy.
  • Manage the Brand’s Press Relation & Social media agencies, in collaboration with the relevant Brand organisation.
  • Organise and manage brand events where required, being the first point of reference for media titles organising event & tasting.
  • Ongoing analysis of fine wine bloggers/opinion leaders social media activity & proposal of how to improve the Brands presence.


  • Professional experience in a similar role, in wines business or in food/beverage industry in Communication & Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent background.
  • Fluent in English & Italian.
  • Strong leadership, International experience and budget management skills.
  • Strong wine Technical skills.
  • High sense of quality, an experience in Luxury goods is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in communication both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in a structured way and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and confident when speaking in front of others.
  • A creative thinker, proactive, an exceptional communicator and team player, dynamic, highly organised, problem solver, able to travel and detail oriented.
  • Based in Tuscany.
