Our Client is a midsize company, belonging to an international holding, worldwide  leader in a vertical B2B technology solution dedicated to large system integrators.
The business is dedicated to ITS investments and technology solutions, 80% international tender’s driven, with complex negotiation in every continents’ regions (75 countries), focused on several projects simultaneously, always innovation technology oriented.

Role

Ready to be a game changer in an innovative and technology driven company, the International Sales Director is in charge of a department dedicated to 3 different product lines, including a large team of business developement sales engineers, direct project managers, application specialist and marketing.

Sales Management competences:
  • Vision and commercial strategy for different areas of the globe;
  • Ability to identify and engage propective international customers;
  • Added value generation focus;
  • Stuctured international sales approach (mapping, scouting, tender management…) for multi level prescription process;
  • Solutions sales routine;
  • International negotiation methodology;
  • Salesforce tracking competences;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Customization habits;
  • Pricing.
Soft Skills required as mandatory:
  • Multitasking approach;
  • Situational leadership and People management;
  • Team builder, enthusiastic engagement developer, empowerment driven;
  • Priorities scheduling ability;
  • Key account management background;
  • Lateral thinking;
  • Helicopter view;
  • Report and figures driven;
  • Used to collaborate with CTO and R&D departments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in B2B technical sales, minimum 5+ years as people manager, in complex projects domain;
  • KAM background in multinational environment;
  • Export management expertise as a must, possibly as expatried;
  • English command and business fluency; any further languages is a strong nice to have;
  • Salesforce and CRM main tools command is a must;
  • Willing to travel worldwide.
