What's the role' scope?
 

As Purchasing Manager you will be holding the Purchasing Department, being accountable for Defining, Implementing and Measuring Company' sourcing processes for Raw Materials, Packaging and Indirect Purchases.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Define and approve sourcing processes, as well as purchasing strategies - teaming with Operations division;
• Lead negotiations with both National and International Stakeholders;
• Grant the proper supply to the whole Company, so to support all involved functions (Supply Chain, Productions, Sales, etc.);
• Manage suppliers' qualifications in order to minimize supply's associated risks;
• Deal and Team with both R&D and Marketing so to anticipate any rising need for innovation and sustainability;
• Lead and Manage a team of 4.

If you have...

• 7+ years of experience within Purchasing departments in FMCG;
• seen production environments to supply for;
• experienced track record of purchasing negotiations;
• good people management experience;
• good international exposure and then a strong English.
