Our client is an Italian multinational company, world leader in the design and manufacture of solutions for the treatment and packaging of medicinal products and machineries. For the Italian HQ, we are looking for a brilliant candidate for the position of:


Location: Veneto


Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the mission for this role is create value and deliver results in executing the HR practices for the assigned areas, ensuring coherence and alignment with organization and business model strategy, acting as generalist and change agents alongside the relevant functions leaders. The candidate will focus mainly on the recruiting and selection activities at beginning, in order to build a strong talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • He/she manages the recruiting process for the assigned areas, in order to find and hire the best talents.
  • He/she participates in the creation and management of onboarding processes, participates in the analysis phases of training needs and development paths, as well as assessment and compensation policies, in synergy with HR specialist colleagues and the various company functions
  • He/she deals with the selection process, carrying out pre-selection activities and interviews, providing psychological and specific tests/assessment.
  • He/she supports the HRBP on all HR processes
  • He/she actively participates in devising new staff initiatives and contributes to the organization of planned activities
  • He/she deals accurately and promptly with the function’s leaders and their team.He/she actively acts as a promoter of developing a culture of respect for corporate values, integrity, team spirit, respect and promotion of diversity and inclusion and ethical policies


  • 2/3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience within dealing with Recruiting & Talent Acquisition processes, acquired in an international and multinational environment.
  • A back ground in Head Hunting Company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Talent Management Techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to relate to all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent command of IT tools
