Role

Reporting directly to the Plant Director, the selected candidate will coordinate all optimization and continuous improvement projects in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Production, R&D, QHSE, and supply chain). He/She will analyze the current state and potential for production improvement. He/She will ensure that processes are managed with a Lean approach. The chosen candidate will serve as a reference point to promote and foster a culture of process optimization and excellence throughout the organization at every level.

As a member of the Site Management Team, He/She will:

• Coordinate Continuous Improvement projects within interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure the implementation and proper use of continuous improvement principles (people, methodology, tools).
• Conduct analysis and assessments of optimization processes within production.
• Plan the necessary resources to execute projects.
• Manage Continuous Improvement programs.
• Champion change within the team by introducing new management tools inspired by lean production and problem-solving techniques.
