Our client is a long-standing, reliable supplier of high-quality core components with key customers in the HVAC sector.
The company is now part of an innovation driven industrial international North European mindset Group.

In addition to its headquarters and a production facility in The Netherlands, the company also has two other small production sites in France (close to the Italian border) and Switzerland (Ticino).

Il Ruolo

In consideration of the further growth of the operations and business and of the further integration into the Group strategic vision, the aim is to identify a talented Director role able to link Operations Plant Management and General Business Management, with P&L responsibility for two lean production plants.

Main tasks:

Responsible for the achievements of the annual goals (like KPIs) and mid-term goals (ensuring continuity, growth and continuous improvement);
3 main accountabilities:
- Management of the day-to-day operations including financial accounting with the support of an external service providers, controlling, production planning;
- Operations development in line with the strategy and continuous improvement philosophy to increase efficiency and effectivity as well as optimize the footprint and competences of the plants;
- Sales and innovation management by developing new customers, growing existing customer and developing and launching new innovation in collaboration with suppliers, customers and the parent group.
Proactively support the Managing Director of the entity in setting strategy and goals;
Creating (and improve) a state-of-the-art organization: culture in line with company values and principles, structure, processes, and resources to achieve the plans and goals;
Implementation of sustainability, health, safety, ISO and environmental standards in all relevant decisions in line with the goals;
Ensuring professional and result-oriented collaboration between local and group functions.

I Requisiti

University Degree in Engineering (or Economics but with industrial operations management);
Overall experience gained in international matrix organization focus on industrial system or complex components (Automotive, Packaging, Medical Devices, HVAC, etc) in function such as operations and sales;
At least one experience in a branch of a multinational company with a Headquarter abroad;
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing people;
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and oral command (mandatory);
French language command is important to have;
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong customer, service, and innovation quality orientation.
