Our client is a leading company in the sportswear, footwear, and accessories sector with a developed retail organization at the EMEA level.
We have been tasked with selecting the individual who will fill the role of:

Senior Retail Manager Europe - Rif. H24126/A
Location: Emilia-Romagna

Role

The selected profile will be responsible for retail stores across Europe, ensuring consistency, driving growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets. This role includes the responsibility for developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives through the execution of our brand strategy. The position will report directly to the Group Retail Director for Italy and the United Kingdom.
In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities:Inizio modulo

Oversee retail operations and strategy implementation for all stores across the European territory.
Develop and execute comprehensive retail plans tailored to individual markets within Europe to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational procedures across all European retail locations.
Lead and support retail managers in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Analyze store performance metrics regularly, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure effective inventory management and timely product deliveries.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards and comprehensive staff training programs.
Travel as needed to visit stores, conduct market research, and provide support and guidance to regional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field;
Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in retail management within complex and dynamic environments, requiring exceeding sales targets aimed at continuous business growth;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and levels of the organization;
Strong leadership qualities and adeptness in managing multiple priorities complete the ideal profile;
Solid knowledge of best practices in visual merchandising and retail management software;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
