Our client is a leading multibrand retail company in the sportswear, footwear, and accessories sector with an established organization across Italy.
We have been tasked with selecting the individual who will fill the role of:

Il Ruolo

The selected profile will be responsible for multibrand stores across Italy, ensuring consistency, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to achieve sales targets. This role includes the responsibility for developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives, reporting directly to the Group Retail Director for Italy and the United Kingdom.

In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee retail sales operations and the implementation of strategy for all stores;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive and tailored retail sales plans to drive sales growth and increase profitability;
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational procedures across all retail outlets;
  • Lead and support retail store managers in achieving sales targets and operational excellence;
  • Regularly analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans for continuous improvement;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective inventory management and timely product deliveries;
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising guidelines and comprehensive staff training programs;
  • Travel as needed to visit stores, conduct market research, and provide support and guidance to regional teams.

I Requisiti

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in retail management within complex and dynamic environments, requiring exceeding sales targets aimed at continuous business growth;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and levels of the organization;
  • Strong leadership qualities and adeptness in managing multiple priorities complete the ideal profile;
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in visual merchandising and retail management software;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
