Our client is a leading company in the sportswear, footwear, and accessories sector with a developed retail organization at the EMEA level.

We have been tasked with selecting the individual who will fill the role of:

Retail Area Manager - Rif. H24126/D
Location: Emilia-Romagna 

Il Ruolo

The selected profile will report to the Senior Retail Manager Europe and will be responsible for overseeing retail stores throughout Europe, ensuring consistency, driving growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:
  • Supervising retail operations and implementing the strategy for all stores in the European territory;
  • Implementing comprehensive sales plans tailored to individual markets to drive sales growth and increase profitability;
  • Ensuring consistent development of brand standards and operating procedures across all retail locations;
  • Collaborating with store managers to develop action plans to improve performance and address any operational challenges;
  • Conducting regular sales reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and sales optimization opportunities;
  • Implementing best practices in inventory management, product display, and store layout to enhance operational effectiveness;
  • Supporting store managers in developing and executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives;
  • Traveling as needed to visit stores, conduct market research, and provide support and guidance to regional teams.Inizio modulo

I Requisiti

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in retail management with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams to achieve sales objectives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamism, adeptness in managing multiple priorities, and leadership skills complete the ideal profile;
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in visual merchandising and retail management software;
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language.
