The Role

To enhance the structure, we are looking for a Business Controller. The person will be working with the data team and all other departments to analyze Company’s results and business opportunities managing Business Control process and activities of the company, ensuring they are properly conducted promoting Company’s Mission, Vision and Wanted Position statements.

Specifically, reporting directly to the Finance & Business Control Manager, the resource will:

Actively collaborate within BC team on daily/monthly activities securing analysis and control process for each brand, ensuring reporting accuracy and data analysis;
Support in defining business plans and subsequent revisions (forecast);
Ensuring compliance with the company’s policy; having good knowledge of economic accounting standards, as well as a familiarity in tax laws;
Ensure the accuracy of information provided to management, in order to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs and stimulate decisions;
Actively collaborate in business plan preparation and subsequent periodic reviews of the same (forecast), supporting the management in collecting data process and monitoring the performance of the company in terms of profit & loss;
Ensure monthly reporting for Headquarter and Local Management in accordance with Company procedures in order to justify results;
Actively support to improve Company’s structure in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Educational background in the field of Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or similar;
1-2 years of experience in Controlling, Accounting or Auditing
Good Communication skills;
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
Advanced Microsoft office knowledge with focus on Excel and/or Power BI.
