Business Intelligence Manager Southern Europe - R24673

Our client is a worldwide player in the professional equipment industry, renowned for the quality of its products and its commitment to innovation.

Role

The main goal is to create a new Business Intelligence Team to support growth and transformation strategy in the coming years in the Southern Europe region.

As Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team of 3 people, with the aim to expanding it to at least 6 of them.

Your main responsibilities include:

Evaluating strategic business opportunities to drive growth and efficiency
Optimizing decision-making processes through data-driven insights
Monitoring market indicators across the whole Southern Europe region
Defining customer segmentation for local digital campaigns
Promoting the automation of business processes through advanced BI tools

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Leadership experience in a BI or similar role within complex and structured environments.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel (including Macros), and SQL.
Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analysis.
Experience in data visualization and user experience to optimize data interpretation.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-level stakeholders (C-level) and motivate team members.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) as a plus.
Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
