Corporate Communication Digital Media Manager  | Lifescience
Location: Milan 


In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing the Group’s digital content and media strategy across international markets, with a particular focus on ensuring strategic alignment between Italian initiatives and those of the Group's international branches.


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute digital and social media strategies supporting the Group’s corporate positioning and business goals
 
  • Create and manage content (copy, visuals, video) for websites, social channels, internal platforms, and media outreach
 
  • Own and enhance the Group’s digital presence across markets
 
  • Act as project manager and content creator—hands-on and autonomous
 
  • Liaise with global teams and external agencies
 
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize digital activities accordingly
 
  • Engage with senior leadership and contribute to media relations

We’re looking for someone with:
 
  • 10+ years in corporate communication/digital media, ideally in pharma, life sciences, or innovation-driven sectors
 
  • Native-level Italian & English (C1/C2 level)
 
  • Strong copywriting and digital content creation skills
 
  • Experience managing digital platforms, editorial calendars, and campaign analytics
 
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and leading external partners
 
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution abilities

Education & Tools:
 
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, PR or related field
 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Premiere
 
  • Experience with social media management and performance tracking tools
 
  • Understanding of communication and compliance dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry
