Our Client is one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies focused on the development of innovative therapeutic solutions.

Role

The Integrated Communication Senior Manager reports to Head of Marketing & Trade.
You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated communication and media campaigns based on strategies and plans defined by the Brand Positioning & Communication Team focus on several products and channels of an important business unit.
You will manage your own digital marketing team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Oversees the development of Marketing promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific requirements of each channel conveying the intended messages defined by Brand Positioning & Communication;
  • Based on Marketing Plan defined by Brand Positioning & Communication Team, implements and monitors media campaigns across various channels, optimizing execution for maximum effectiveness;
  • Carries out data-driven analyses of media & digital campaigns to optimize effectiveness and meet brand objectives, in accordance with Brand Positioning & Communication Team;
  • Tracks and reports campaign performance using analytics tools;
  • Oversees SEO execution based on predefined content strategies, supporting website optimization activities;
  • Supports Brand Positioning & Communication Team in cross activities related to social media properties and websites for Primary Care Brands;
  • Implements communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects to both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinates with external agencies and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of media & digital projects;
  • Manages and supervises the team dedicated to digital and graphic design, guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the defined objectives;
  • Proactively interacts with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions;
  • Supports compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all digital marketing activities;
  • Knows the legal, deontological and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and act in accordance with them.

Main requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines;
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life-science or FMCG or Consumer sectors;
  • At least 7/8 years of extensive work experience within a digital / marketing department;
  • Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis;
  • Interest in following the new trends of e-commerce, technology and digital marketing in general;
  • In-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance;
  • Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
