The Role

To accelerate growth, broaden our sector reach, and build a stronger leadership in each market, we are seeking senior professionals for our Executive Search / Search Business Units to join our teams in Milano, Bergamo, Roma, Bologna Padova, contributing to the development of our business across these key markets.

Mission of the Role:

Build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior executives
Generate high-value advisory opportunities
Lead Executive and Middle Management search mandates with full ownership of client and candidate relationships
Contribute to the positioning and growth of the firm across target markets

Requirements

We welcome applications from candidates with a strong experience in consultancy, international background, proven exposure to cross-border assignments and the ability to operate confidently within multicultural business environments.

While the position is not limited to specific industries, particular interest is given to professionals with established credibility and network within Biotech/Medtech, Energy, Technology, Financial Services/Fintech.

The Associate Partner will operate within an entrepreneurial model, combining a high degree of autonomy with the strength of an established brand.
