Information on processing of personal data

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU 2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free circulation of such data (hereinafter Regulation), Human Value Srl, with registered office in Milan (MI), Via Albricci n. 7 - 20122 in its capacity as Data Controller, wishes to inform you of the following.

The data you provide will be processed, both manually and with IT and telematic systems and tools, for exclusive purposes of selection or in-depth evaluation of the potential, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by current legislation. For these purposes it may be necessary to submit your data, in particular those related to your skills and experiences to a profiling process, to better identify their correspondence to the characteristics of the required position. The provision of data is entirely optional. The only consequence of the failure to communicate the same and consent to the treatment would be the impossibility, by Human Value S.r.l. consider your application in selection projects or in-depth assessment of the potential.

We also inform you that, in pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, your personal data, including sensitive ones, may be disclosed to the Customers of Human Value S.r.l. (or to affiliated / controlled companies) potentially interested in your professional profile, only after your express authorization, which can also be requested and given verbally. Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge, expressly appointed by Human Value S.r.l. as well as any other duly authorized external parties, such as the database provider (Altamira Company) where your data are stored. Such conservation can not be superior, save your different manifestation of will, to a maximum period of forty-eight months from the date of your last contact and / or updating of the same and can be used also for the execution of any further selection projects or in-depth evaluation of the potential, upon the updating of the same and behind your specific authorization including verbal consent.

Under certain circumstances (search for positions in non-EU countries or research carried out by associated companies outside the EU), your data may be transferred to these countries, only with your prior and express consent. Human Value S.r.l. in any case, in the event of the aforementioned transfer, will work to ensure that all appropriate guarantees are adopted (as provided for by Article 46 paragraph 1 of the Regulation).

The treatment will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected. To this end, we inform you that the criteria for data retention conferred to us are as follows: a) the data of candidates who have been presented or hired by a Human Value customer are kept for a maximum period of ten years; the motivation of the ten years derives from the accounting and fiscal requirements related to the economic relationship with the customer; b) all other data are kept for a maximum period of four years from the last contact or update, as mentioned above. However, if you believe, in accordance with the rest, the purpose of the treatment has been exhausted, you can send a written communication to Human Value S.r.l. above, so that the information can be deleted immediately.

Human Value S.r.l. also informs you that you may at any time exercise, through a request sent by e-mail to the Data Controller, to the e-mail address privacy@humanvalue.it, the rights provided for in art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation:

(i) to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of a treatment in progress of your personal data at Human Value S.r.l .; to know its purposes; to know which categories of personal data are proccessed and, where possible, their retention period; what are the recipients; to request the correction or cancellation of the same data, the limitation of the treatment or to oppose it or to withdraw its consent; to know its origin if collected from third parties; to know if on these there is an automated decision-making process (eg profiling) as well as its logic and its consequences;

(ii) to be informed in case of transfer of their data to an extra-European country and if there are adequate guarantees.

(iii) to obtain a copy of their data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, as well as the possibility to transmit them, directly or through Human Value Srl, to another data controller (so-called portability right) of data pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation. If you believe that your rights have been violated by Human Value S.r.l., you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Authority for the protection of personal data (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) and / or other competent supervisory authority pursuant to the Regulation.
